Reagan Lynch is a coach and consultant to local businesses, churches, and non-profits. He specializes in inbound marketing including social media, blogs, and e-mail marketing.

From 1999 to 2009 Reagan worked for government agencies and non-profit organizations while pursuing his Bachelors degree in political science at Sul Ross
State University. In 2007 he graduated from Sul Ross with his BA in Political Science. He has served on federal and state advisory panels, consulted with the Texas Secretary of States office, worked with the Office of the
Governor in Texas, and advised countless non-profits on fundraising, management, and new media marketing opportunities.

In 2009 he took his expertise to the open market and opened his own consulting firm targeting small businesses and non-profit organizations. IN late 2009
he began putting his research background to use in developing new leadership methods for non-profit executives and is currently working on a book aimed
at giving non-profits and those interested in starting non-profits complete step-by-step guidance on how to form and lead an organization in the highly
connected world we now live in.

He is married to his wife Alicia and they reside in Midland.
